ZERO is in development, and Interstellar Technologies expects Launch Complex 1 at Hokkaido Spaceport to be completed in the first quarter of 2027 ahead of the maiden flight, for which it has signed eight launch customers. The two-stage expendable rocket carries up to 1,000 kg to a mid-inclination LEO, and the August 2026 user guide lists up to 250 kg to a 561 km SSO.
