Starship is SpaceX's launch system made up of the Super Heavy booster and the Starship spacecraft, designed to carry both cargo and people. SpaceX states it can deliver over 100 metric tons to low Earth orbit with full reuse of both stages. On Flight 14 on 28 September 2026 Starship reached orbit for the first time, deployed 26 Starlink V3 satellites and splashed down in the Pacific north of Hawaii after about three hours.
