Request

Request indicative offers for launching your payload, free for customers and non-binding.

Carrier Space lets you request indicative offers, which are non-binding quotes for launching your payload, from up to five providers. Choose the providers yourself or have suitable ones suggested. Carrier Space checks the request for completeness and plausibility and forwards it without your name and contact details. Free for customers.

Some preselected providers are currently not available for requests and are not selected.
Your payload
The design determines how your satellite is attached to the launch vehicle.
Including propellant, without dispenser. An estimate is enough.
Identical payloads only. For different payloads, please submit one request each.
The separation system or dispenser releases the satellite in orbit. If the provider supplies it, this costs extra and needs lead time.
Pressure vessel: more than about 7 bar or more than 20 kJ stored energy.
Destination and date
A satellite in a sun-synchronous orbit (SSO) passes over each area at the same local time, typical for Earth observation. If you are not sure yet, we briefly clarify the orbit with you before forwarding.
The provider sets the exact day later.
In a rideshare several customers share one launch vehicle; a dedicated launch costs many times more. If you choose “Not sure yet”, your request goes to the providers with that answer; each provider can offer a rideshare or a dedicated launch.
Every question here allows “Not sure yet”. The more you tell us, the more precise the indicative offers.
Orbit
Dates
A latest launch date may follow from a funding deadline, for example.
Launch is usually 1 to 3 months after the payload is ready to ship.
A hard deadline arises, for example, when funding, a frequency assignment or a contract is tied to a launch date.
Technical details
Satellites without cube form are attached with a standard ring or at four points.
Outer dimensions when stowed
Height measured from the separation interface.
Hazardous components
Nothing checked means: not sure yet. Burn wires do not count as pyrotechnics.
Does the payload transmit, and in which band?
Nothing checked means: not sure yet. UHF/VHF includes amateur radio.

Carrier Space only
Only Carrier Space sees this information. Providers never receive your budget, funding or notes. We summarize what providers need for an indicative offer without reference to you.
For example with funding from the EU Flight Ticket Initiative. This refers to the launch vehicle, not the launch site.
What matters most to you?
At most two answers.
Providers *
After our review we send you providers that match your payload and orbit. You decide yourself who receives your request.
